The NMX Decision Dashboard™ enables semiconductor R&D managers to track all their IC projects in one place and identify where development execution targets are being met or missed.

Decision Dashboard expands Numetrics’ industry-standard, fact-based planning and analytics tool suite, NMX-ERP, which semiconductor and electronics companies use throughout their R&D organizations. Decision Dashboard compares projects undergoing execution to both past projects’ performance and industry data, reporting on how well each project in the portfolio is performing compared to its plan, and whether the R&D organization is operating effectively to achieve overall product development objectives.

The tool provides a complete and consolidated view of the product pipeline and how each project is performing relative to standard metrics, as well as any custom metrics or comparison measures defined. Users create standard reports and charts as templates, which automatically update with current data. Reports can be instantaneously downloaded as slides or spreadsheets for presentations.

In addition to the high-level view of a product portfolio, managers can analyze the timeline, staffing and complexity changes of each project, down to the role or workgroup level activity in each project phase. This gives a clear and accurate view of current status and where plan adjustments are needed.
